چکیده

Traumatic brain injury is one of the major causes morbidity and ‍mortality worldwide. With development bile acids as a ‍potential treatment, to identify influence traumatic ‍injury on acid metabolism shows growing importance. This present study did preliminary exploration ‍profile alteration among patients. In total, 14 patients 7 healthy volunteers were enrolled. The ‍acid profile blood samples detected by an Ultra-‍performance Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometer/Mass Spectrometer system. It was found that 6 statistically decreased in comparing with volunteers: glycocholic (median level 44.4 ng/ml vs 98.7 ng/ml, p = 0.003), taurocholic 10.9 19.5 0.006), glycoursodeoxycholic 17.4 71.4 0.001), ursodeoxycholic <1 32.4 0.002), taurochenodeoxycholic 53.6 0.003) glycochenodeoxycholic (GCDCA, median 160 ‍364 p<0.001). conclusion, events are able induce plasma might cause reduction glycocholic, taurocholic, glycoursodeoxycholic, ursodeoxycholic, levels.
